He's the defender United fans thought Liverpool were getting in van dijk. Good, but not great.
Massively overpriced, but that seems to be the United way.

What’s this stuff about Luiz to Arsenal? That’d be a decent signing for them, he’s better than all of their defenders. Would be a weird move for Chelsea strengthening Arsenal in a weak position.
Apparently, he's fallen out with Lampard and has doubts about how much game time he will get, as Lampard wants to focus on incorporating youth more into the first team.
Some reports are saying that as soon as Luiz knew we were interested, Chelsea told him they didn't want him to leave. So he is refusing to train until he gets his move. He apparently enjoyed being coached under Emery.
I'm not a big fan of Luiz and at the age of 32, on big money, I don't think it's an expensive risk worth taking.
Him being an improvement on Mustafi or Chambers isn't really saying much.
