Valencia beat Valladolid 3-0 to ensure they stay up.
Huge win for Eibar in Getafe, their second in a row against a relegation rival, that leaves them just 2 points off 17th.
Standings in the relegation dogfight after week 35:
34 Getafe
32 Alavés
31 Valladolid
30 Huesca
30 Elche
29 Eibar

Cagliari win 3-1
4 wins 1 tie in last 5 game
Atalanta win 5-2 v Parma go 2th

Just seen Muriel got 2 goals and an assist for Atalanta. That brings his season totals to 21+9.
Those are fine totals, but what makes them really special is that he's come off the bench more often than he's started and achieved those numbers in remarkably little playing time.
He's played just over 22 hours of Serie A football this season, and is averaging a goal every 63 minutes, and a goal or assist every 44!

peks.
Hope everything's okay.
thanks lads
heart rate has fallen...thank fack
i had my 2nd AZ jab yesterday morning....and all this kicked off after that...coincidence ? who knows
i am actually showing some nasty side effects of that jab...like a cough and headache now
this is by far the worse part of the surgery saga
I'm in Whiston hospital....which is a shiiiithole compared to Liverpool HCH .....am currently on a mixed seeex ward
lost weight as my appetite has gone
feel rough too (mainly due to that facking covid jab )
harsh times in here
at least some of the nurses are cute
Hang in there, peks. Let's see if Madrid can bring you a bit of good news.
Just been watching highlights from the Villarreal-Celta game. Worth catching, it's surreal.

What kinda fixtures you got left?
----------------------------------------------------------------------
we play Urinese on Tuesday then Fiorentina n Verona.
all three not b regelate or fiting 4 Europe.
Looking good for you then
not sure
whatever happen in this game we r 4rd.
we win our last three game n we r in top 4
Milan ruining Rubes gol difference which may well b needed too separate Napoli n Rube at end.
thnk our GD is now +7 better than theres now
Excellent.
Any noises about Pirlo getting sacked before the end of the season? Tonight?
Glad to hear you’re doing better, peks.
Rube
Aren’t you winning the head to head against Rube, Forza?

we wud b but they changed the criteria this season so away gols not used as tie-braker.
as both won 1 game n scored totale 2 gols in head-2-head it goes too overall gol difference. we were 1 better but us winning by 3 n them loose by 3 makes big difference
Oh I didn’t realise they removed away goals from the tie breaker.
Rube still have to play Inter. I’m sure Inter would relish the chance to dump them out of the top four.
b4 that they visit Sassuolo, one of most in-form teams
Referee Paolo Mazzoleni may b ask questions by the government over his refereeing of recent Napoli n Benevento games n his incredible decisions against those teams.
That goal in injury time might turn out to be a title clincher
Sassuolo chasing Europe as well. Take it Juve have been paying that ref?
Yeah big goal if you can tie it up on points with Atleti.
our run in is more difficult than atleti's tbh
It is. But I have a feeling we might pinch it.
The good thing is we are playing Villarreal 3 days before they play the Europa league final so they will probably rest a couple of their main players. Even if we win our remaining games we need Atletico to drop points.
Yup, not easy and the side has looked quite spent over recent weeks - but they're a resilient and determined bunch.
I heard yesterday that no Real Madrid manager has won consecutive Liga titles since Beenhakker in the 1980s. Would be fabulous if Zidane were to step aside on such a high note.
