He's no where near good enough for Barca.

On another note, any time I've tried to post on a Spurs live thread I've been banned automatically even when i've been complimentary about them. Weird stance to take but if that's the case why are their so many of them on our forum.

He would excel in that team and help them improve exponentially. This is a non-story though just journalists making shiiit up.

Coutinho is much more suited imo. However these types of player will undoubtedly improve in that Barca side.

Was saying on the other thread, he's more suited to Barca than Coutinho imo. Much more 'matured' in his play which will suit Barca's patience in possession more as well.

I'm a big fan of Eriksen. I think he could be a real asset to Barcelona if he really is their alternative to Coutinho to replace Iniesta.

Iniesta has been very ordinary (by his standards) over last few years. He's definitely not at the top of his game anymore.

Spurs are in real danger tbh with their wage structure. They will lose all their top players over next 24 months unless they change it.

Juan you don't think he's better than what they have in midfield at present? He's better than Gomes, better than current Turan and probably on the same level as current Turan.

Playing with Busquets, Rakitic, Messi and Suarez would enhance his game, imo.

You clearly don't watch Barcelona anymore then. Rakitic would not make any of the top 4s midfield, iniestas skills have deteriorated as he is now old. Eriksen would walk into their team

Think Barca are just trying to scare coutinho into forcing his way out.

Eriksen is the creative catalyst for Spurs. It would be fatal if he left now (which he won't) as there is little time to find a replacement.

Hopefully the FSG staement today on Cout means Barca go look at other options and we can be left to bully Saints and get VVD to play with Cout
