Wimmer Gone

He was decent when he was called upon.

Squad player but with the recent arrival of Sanchez, and the fact that Dier can slot in at the back when called upon, it seems Wimmer's days were numbered

We seem to be doing well in the defense area but don't seem to have quality cover in the striker dept!

We need urgently to get a striker in who can share the goals with Kane!

Talking about defenders, that punt of a ball that ended up with Wood levelling the score against us, it must be the worst defensive play by us under Poch, in the last two years?

Not a good sign.

Trippier let the ball go, was a stupid defensive error that any other right back would of cleared though

He was pants last season when called upon but did ok the previous season, I think he could do well again with regular games. His lack of pace was a negative but overall 18m is a decent fee and I wish him well, we can`t blame him for wanting regular game time in a world cup year.

Guess had we have taken our chances at the other end, this wouldn't have mattered

However, I noticed during the game how far out of his position Trippier was towards the end

Not sure why Sissoko wasn't tracking back too?

Can't blame him for wanting first team football at his age. Needs to get into the Austrian national team as well

Did well stepping in for Jan next to Toby in a back 4 in 15/16

Don't think he was suited to playing left of the back 3 in 16/17. Not sure he's comfortable in wider areas

I know sissoko isn't popular but I'm not having it that he is at fault for the Burnley equaliser !!
