So what does he expect them? Sponsorship and fast-tracking to the big leagues? Celeb or not he's got to earn his stripes and work his way up, not have 3 fights and then fight for the British title.

Maybe Mayweather might come out and fight him.

This raises his profile and pays some bills.

He'll do a Flintoff and have one fight then that's that. He's 38 ffs. It will be interesting to see how he does in terms of his preparation but it does fall into the bracket of a publicity stunt.
