He was dispossessed 4 times last night. His average last season and the season before was 3.5
In his last season at Udinese it was 5.3 times a game on average. For Chile at the World Cup it was over 7 times on average

Some of these comments on him losing possession are as of you have never seen him play before last night
----------------------------------------------------------------------
But yesterday (and his other 4 games this season) he has averaged 0 goals and 0 assists a game.

Last season he averaged 0.68 goals 0.25 assists a game.

really? is this what Arsenal fans are going with now? He was not your best player last year then?

posted on 26/9/17

No one's saying that, but he did lose possession a lot and barely ran. Good goalscorer still.

It's hard not to lose possession when your the difference maker.

Are you OK?

He has started just 2 games, awful comparison and nothing to do with the comment you replied to.
Absolutely desperate from you Busby.

Why some try hard to make us believe we are better without this world class player is beyond me.
-----------------------------------------------------------------
He's leaving, whether we like it or not and that is his decision. No one denied he is world class, but i'm not convinced that AFC will go lower down the table without him in our team.

We certainly won't be winning the league when players of his quality depart the club

We're not winning the league either way, but we definitely wont win anything with players that clearly don't want to be at the club, not matter how good they are.

This is clearly rubbish. Sanchez is class. Close to world class. We won the FA cup last season despite Sanchez clearly wanting to leave.

Winning the FA cup and the league is completely different though. Being up for 5 -6 cup games is nothing compared to the 38 game league.

Luis Suarez wanted to leave Liverpool. Even made a huge fuss over it. Barring a Stevie G slip up classic, he would have won them that league title.

Sanchez has never had an attitude problem on the field. He always gives it 100%. Yes, he gets sloppy with possession, but that's always part of his game. But he's definitely the quality we need to win league titles.

LFC would have won the title as a 'team'. Suarez made a big contribution to that but he did have 10 team mates with him too.
Sanchez may have the quality we need to win a title, but he wants to try somewhere else. no-one questioned his attitude, but his committment to the team can be questioned and the fact that he is either at or past his peak is a issue too.

Was Alexis doing well last season?

Sanchez may want to be elsewhere but he's still miles better than players like Welbeck and Walcott, I don't get why you'd think him leaving wouldn't be a big deal, especially as the club will take years to find anything close to a replacement.

Fingers crossed that Welbeck and Walcott are not Sanchez's replacement.
Wenger did say last month that we will have to spend about 60-70 mil to replace Sanchez, there is a lot of talent out there in the football world for the right price..

When Sanchez & Ozil leave then what is attracting players of equal or better quality to coming to Arsenal? The thought of playing with Walcott & El Neny while being deployed in Wenger's 4-4-fock knows what i'm doing formation?

Hate to break this to you but we offered 90m for Lemar & rejected us. He rejected us because he's waiting for a bigger club to get him.

We've got plenty of cash, but i doubt we'll be spending that on top quality replacements for Ozil & Sanchez.

Alexis scored 31 goals last season and Walcott 19 goals.

Thats 50 goals last season and they haven't started one game together because Wenger has changed the formation to a more defensive one.

Do you lot understand that? Or is just latest anti English and now anti Alexis rhetoric?

You're gonna need more than fingers crossed. We're the sloths of the transfer world and Wenger would rather go without than pay £5m over his own valuation of a player.

From what i understand, WE pulled out of the deal because we couldn't sell Sanchez in time.

Can't be bothered to search youtube, but Wenger confirmed on interview that we bid for Lemar but he rejected us. Plus the Sanchez sale was on course until Lemar rejected us.
