Well Whitehall some unintelligent people ask for it sometimes.
To be honest when it comes to the top players below Ronaldo and Messi, I find it hard to know who is the best of that tier.
Suarez, Neymar, Hazard, Greizmann, Sanchez are all players with remarkable ability, and perform differently to each other, and likewise play in different teams. Could Neymar do the job Hazard does for us - probably not to the same ability, but on the other hand Hazard would not be able to fill Neymar's role either.

Broaquin you make good points as all top players have different jobs in their respective teams. A few of them though could do a job in any team and will have an effect even in the worst team.

Question is, on one field if you have hazard and any of those players playing their best game who do you think will shine more. This is apart from the obvious and neymar. My guess will be hazard 2 out of 3 times.
Remember he has played with Suarez, bale and greizman on the field and had a better game.
