I've had a week off waltz, just to chill. I've been watching crap all week. I've seen that, the banjo and squeal like a pig etc

Just a bit of trivia Walt/Hydy...
Do you know who the 'kid' banjo player was ?

Charlie Boorman who was Ewan McGregor's riding mate in 'Long way round' !

Five devilish stars from me Darn!

Could be a weird one this. Could Town be a banana skin for Man Utd? Could be a few skids of any kind or making.

The lads should be set up to go for it! May as well lose having a crack, rather than whimpering along like last week.

Is there going to be a surprise formation? I’ve heard a rumour...

I really don’t know what to expect tomorrow, well I do, a decent performance!

Film for you Darn, Colossus, released in 1972. Haven’t watched it yet, but supposed to be a good one. Nuclear defence systems with artificial intelligence.

Apparently It's a bit more unusual, than say the Irish Man Utd fans who are required at birth to choose between Liverpool and Utd to support by law.

................

In NI it used to go by religion.

The Catholics supported Liverpool and Celtic, the protestants used to be United and Rangers.

This was around 79-81 mind, so has probably changed.

They used to wear bobble hats that were half and half.

----------------------------------------------------------------------

Well this wrong. Celtic and Rangers obviously, but there was never any real catholic/protestant divide between United and Liverpool in either direction

Yeah, That told 'em..

Mauritius .
India overspill.
Every Village, is one or the other with no apparent reason as to 'why'
Either Man United or Liverpool ??????

Weird.

...............

There was in Belfast in the time I stated.

I found it very odd myself.

I never once saw a United / Celtic or a Liverpool / Rangers.

Will the arrival of the biggest team on the planet be the best thing ever to have happened in udderfield?

----------

This is true, I have never seen it either.

Although I am not aware of the United/Rangers link but I wasn't around back at the time VC was referring to

There is some sort of link between Rangers and Chelsea, don't know the reason, perhaps some Loyalist/Unionist link?
