how big is the belly? Is it puppy fat or are you talking a spare tyre

Eating well, cardio and weight training seems a good combo. How much abs work are you doing?

Fasted LISS first thing in the morn

HIIT in the afternoon

Woodchoppers, rollouts, squats.

Lots of spice in your food.

Stop eating those carbs after 6.

Puppy fat I'd say

Not a great deal of ab work. I was told an work isn't that important until the body fat is down.

LISS stands for Low Intensity Steady State cardio. As its name suggests, it is any form of low intensity cardio where you maintain the same pace for a set period of time.

Targetting abs wont make much difference unless you only got a little bit of fat then it will make your abs bigger and just look better. Squats is a good shout though. Front squats especially.

Im 6ft on the dot...it's weird..go in one room and I can see over everyone, go in the next and can't see sh!t...usually at a concert or something

Rollouts and woodcutters are pretty whole body and get that heart rate up. Plus you should still target abs.

hmmm, I had a six pack most my life, since i been drinking loads of beer and playing less football it's down to 4, but I keep up with ab rollers, doesn't really cut out that lower belly fat imo

Liposuction is the easiest way to do it.

They'll get all that lower belly fat and your dong will instantenously look an inch longer.

I've given up on losing my last bit of belly fat. I'm 6ft and 13 stone, so not exactly fat, and go to the gym 3 or 4 times a week plus play 5-a-side.

I'm also 41 so I think my metabolism is going shiiit

I reckon the only way I'll shift it is a regime like Edinspur suggested (don't have time for that) or given up the booze and I'm not prepared to do that. Therefore, belly stays!
