...oh, and the injuries appear to be piling up. I suppose that gives Pulis an excuse. It seems we're the only club that gets injuries!
Tide isn’t turning. It’s has turned!
I was one that fought TP’s corner. I appreciated the mess he took over from and the previous seasons of being screwed over in the transfer market. However, this season he was backed well and we have a very good squad. There is no progression in our play and neither are the results.
Massive pressure.

I think your main problem is that you are absolutely bloody shîïté
It does feel like Saturday was the game where Pulis has lost some of his most ardent supporters. I can't see us getting rid yet. We're 13th and the owners will be hoping Pulis can pull a classic 1-0 from somewhere like he normally does. In reality it's hard to see how that is going to happen, looking at the fixtures. For a side that prides itself on defensive organisation, we can't keep clean sheets. We've never been an effective counter-attacking side and teams seem to have woken up to our set-pieces.
Worryingly, I don't see any candidates ready to take over from Pulis and replacing him does come with a risk. What type of manager do we want next? What head coaches would be willing to take the job? How long will it take to teach these lot how to play football again? Even a good manager I feel will need a pre-season with these players which is why I hoped we would have acted at the end of last season, but it is what it is.
There is quite a few clubs who are probably having the same discussions about replacement managers as the out of work manager's list is uninspiring. I know Ashworth used to have a black book of potential managers in case it was needed. I hope Hammond has the same as he might need it over the next few weeks.
I'm not surprised you guys are fed up with him. Having seen you on TV the last two weeks, you are so painful to watch.

Some managers do better at clubs where their transfer options are restricted and struggle when they have an open cheque book.
I'd say that the Albion job would be a lot more like managing Southampton than Everton.
Either way, Koeman's far more positive than Pulis which is enough for me.

That’s probably true of Pulis too. Even though the amount you have spent the last two seasons isn’t that vast in Premier League terms, it’s probably too much for Pulis.
He only knows how to play one way and set up with one system. He is wasted getting skilful players in. He’d probably be getting similar results at a team that spends half he amount you guys have.

Still prepared to give him a while longer because there are no magic managers out there. Pardew, Moyes and co are unemployed because they have failed at this level and your suggestion, Koeman has failed badly, given the budget at his disposal. Just shows how important a proven goalscorer is in this league.

Al, I agree that the likes of Pardew and Moyes aren't the answer but I don't see why we can't go for somebody like Asier Garitano who's performing miracles at CD Leganés. I don't see why we should go for somebody who's UK based. We need a change, not more of the same.
The trouble with bringing in a promising newcomer to the premier league, is that there will be absolutely no learning curve for him. He has to hit the ground running. I accept that Pulis is probably one bad result away from a sacking. I just hope he can turn it around. The only alternative I would really trust is Allardyce. However I don't think he'd come.
Alouion,as you know, I've never been in favour of Pulis ever since his name was first muted. We are the carbon copy of what Pulis turned Sjoke into - boring pure defensive football that stifles skill and ambition the players may hold.
Statistically, his record is worse than RdM, Hodgson and Steve Clarke and only better than Pepe Mel and Irvine.
For me, he should never have been appointed and should be booted out yesterday. In over 50 years supporting West Brom, I can't think of a single person who has divided our club as much as this anti-football dinosaur.
Baggieman,
I agree it’s best if he leaves now and it’s not working at present....but ‘he should never have been sppointed’?
What a load of balls. TP took over a pess poor squad that was nose diving right into the Chump under Irvine. He stabilised us and got us in to the top half of the PL. We now have a good squad and thinks must change or TP will leave...and rightly so! To say he should never have been appointed here, however, is a joke!
Hiya JH... how ya doin’ buddy?
Can you just explain a couple of things please.
1) what does ‘pess poor’ mean
2) what does ‘thinks must change’ mean
3) was Pulis the only person on the planet who would have saved us from relegation?
Look forward to hearing your explanations
