They were just listing your examples of daft things Owens has said with a little analysis but they weren’t what I was referring to FYI. My list was just a list of things she has said, I don’t believe they were misrepresented unlike some of yours, so I don’t think there’s anything stereotypical about my list, that doesn’t make sense. Unless you’re saying that she and others like her often make similar daft comments and therefore me listing them is stereotyping? 😉

Easy to say this now but if you go back and look at your initial statements on here and the challenge to make the list then one can see that you are saying this as an afterthought. Initially you were not making this qualification. You're were presenting Owens as somehow being AOCs superior or better in some way, when that couldn't be further from the truth.
I don't know where you get your news but you seem to have a good understanding about AOCs failings and Owens successes. But you have little knowledge about AOCs successes and even less about Owens fraudulent life and failures.
Whether by chance or by choice, its clear that the info you're digesting and working with to make decisions and drive opinion is limited, incomplete and biased and it drives you into a certain direction, which ultimately just happens to be the direction you preferred to go in the first place. Very convenient.

As you've mentioned you can't hold them to the same level of accountability, except that you've got it the wrong way around. You have to look at the stakes and also their peers.
AOC can be said to be an honest politician when compared to her peers in the political world. Owens is a proven fraud when compared to her peers in the internet world.
For politicians there is a lot more at stake. Speaking the truth could cause problems, you might lose your seat and what you say and do actually makes a difference in people's lives. AOC has got a lotkf responsibility, a lot to lose and might sometimes take liberties with the truth or say something populist, like any other politician.
Compare that with Owens who is motivated by completely different reasons like money, prominence and fame. She has very little responsibility and consequence for what she says and does.
Unlike Boris Johnson whose got a premiership to protect and a country to lead, Owens has no reason for being a fraud. Nothing in this world depends on her decision making.
Her reasons and motivations for being a fraud are worthless to anyone but herself, childish and petulant. Same goes for Shapiro who uses shock factor and baiting of a certain demographic to generate a media storm that continues to grow his media enterprise at an exponential rate.
It's actually clear and present hustling. Don't know how anyone can miss it but many still do. He and Owens work together too.
She's a fraud for the money, fame and infamy, basically for nothing but material gain, which is much more despicable than a dishonest politician.

For politicians there is a lot more at stake. Speaking the truth could cause problems, you might lose your seat and what you say and do actually makes a difference in people's lives. AOC has got a lotkf responsibility, a lot to lose and might sometimes take liberties with the truth or say something populist, like any other politician.
Compare that with Owens who is motivated by completely different reasons like money, prominence and fame. She has very little responsibility and consequence for what she says and does.
Unlike Boris Johnson whose got a premiership to protect and a country to lead, Owens has no reason for being a fraud. Nothing in this world depends on her decision making.
Her reasons and motivations for being a fraud are worthless to anyone but herself, childish and petulant. Same goes for Shapiro who uses shock factor and baiting of a certain demographic to generate a media storm that continues to grow his media enterprise at an exponential rate.
It's actually clear and present hustling. Don't know how anyone can miss it but many still do. He and Owens work together too.
She's a fraud for the money, fame and infamy, basically for nothing but material gain, which is much more despicable than a dishonest politician.

That's how I see it too. Like I just easily took apart your entire argument re Owens vs AOC. Its a huge mismatch. You've been badly schooled here and your entire premise is now in the trash can. At least that's what it looks like from where I'm sitting. You probably see it the other way which is fair enough.

Which is precisely what the 'defund the police' movement had been pushing for. To reallocate resources to include community support, more funding for social & youth services etc.
