This made me chuckle

SpaceX: Inspiration4 amateur astronauts return to Earth after three days https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-us-canada-58612961

“Welcome to the second space age," mission director Todd Ericson told a press conference, saying that after this, "space travel becomes much more accessible to average men and women."

“ The Inspiration4 team was led by billionaire Jared Isaacman, 38, chief executive of the e-commerce firm Shift4 Payments Inc, who acted as mission "commander".

He had paid an undisclosed sum - estimated by Time magazine to be about $200 million (£145 million) - to fellow billionaire Elon Musk for all four seats aboard the Crew Dragon.“

Do they take Provident Checks

Aye, but you have to hold on to the outside of the rocket. Ya rocket. Sorry, just getting in the spirit of the thread.

You are making an observation about me, but not Hec, BB, Insert or Crouch, so why do you think that happened?

So if I make an observation about one poster I have to make an observation about all posters? You"re making some ridiculous arguments here.

You better not be wumming.

It's brutal for the woman and her family.

But I guess it's things like this that are needed to finally get a move on with preventing billions from death.

No nuance?

You wouldn't trade one tragically paralysed woman now for billions of dead in 50 years time?

People starving to death, dieing in wildfires, drowning. Heat exhaustion or in the case of the UK and Ireland, pensioners freezing to death in Siberian conditions?

Peaceful protest, organisation, petitions and lobbying has failed to deliver meaningful change for 50 years, time is up. There's no more time to fack around.

That's quite the puff piece.
Who is the greatest beneficiary from the end of NATO? I'm going to hazard a guess that it's the same country that has a hand in the recent gas issues.

Have you seen the M25 most days? No guarantees the poor woman would have made it to hospital in time anyway. Why not go after all the other drivers?

We don’t trade lives, no

And are you saying there has been no meaningful change?

This ‘ends justifies the means’ mentality is a very sick and twisted way of thinking that you really should reflect on.

If you’re (generally) that bothered about climate change and carbon usage then there is one very simple and effective solution that doesn’t end with OTHER people dying.
