A building is however worth a person’s livelihood.

There’s a video currently on Reddit, from 1992. The LA riots. A black man who has had his shop destroyed, by other black people. The video focuses on his reaction, his outrage, his frustration, at the looting and destruction of what he owns, has built up from nothing, at the hands of people who are angry at the very same thing he is angry at. It was (is) so upsetting to see. In order to make a point, the victims remain the same.

The actual target of such actions? Nothing happened to them. People protesting just turned on themselves. Attacked themselves. Ruined themselves.

No building is worth a human life? Then why attack any building at all?

This whole "wearing a mask is like trying to keep a fart in your trousers" thing is not only DISGUSTEN but just a poor analogy

It's more akin to keeping a shart in your trousers and tbh any sharters in my vicinity should be wearing pants for their own dignity as much as my hygiene.

It's a waste of time even listening to those who loathe the face mask wearing because they perceive it to be "unreasonable" for them.

I work with somebody who seemed convinced they didn't want their booster vaccine, for, quote, "no reason, it just doesn't sit right with me". This irritates me, I'd rather someone justify their decision, even if it was ridiculous, than just say they are not going to have it. They may have not wanted to explain their reasoning which is fair enough, that's well within their right, but they are quite opinionated anyway. I don't see the bother for people, it's, what, half an hour of your day for a needle in your arm for a couple of seconds.
