How long until we have a statement from Boris denying any knowledge of the threats made to potential rebels about withdrawal of funding to constituency offices?
Shortly before a WhatsApp leak emerges demonstrating he ordered the whips to make the threats

Wragg also saying Tories are being blackmailed by govt to toe the Boris party line, not booze up party, of course, so this looks dire.

What's the end position? Those MPs have seemingly gone along with it to a degree, do they split away to save face?
