Gunna depend on the rules for places when they reopen, not really sure what's gunna happen. I'd rather people didn't have to but if there is a mega fine for places if people don't wear masks as before then it will be a pain

I am glad, only way to get away from it being a permanent article of clothing in public places will be if people refuse to conform.

Fines for businesses not following it are huge compared to people getting a small fine/slap on the wrist

Like the smoking ban, then. My point is I refuse to accept masks as the 'new normal' beyond the vaccination period. I don't want to be wearing masks for the rest of my life. If that means no pubs for me - no pubs then.

Hopefully it’ll be like Japan where people wear a mask out of basic f*cking courtesy.

I imagine most people will conform btw, I fully expect muzzles to be worn by all in most public places for years to come, so ignore my dissent, it doesn't reflect what it will actually be like at your restaurant. They will all comply.

As soon as the legal restrictions go no one will voluntarily keep the mask policy going thankfully.

While it can lead to a fine and affect a EHO rating (which is dumb and a ballache) then it will stay sadly
