So how do you see the country changing in a way you apparently don’t like?

I worry about quotas being put in for jobs. I see false accusations made against innocent people increasing.

The main concern is with regards to disparities; we spend all of our time looking at identity groups and therefore ignore the actual root cause of the disparity in question. So we spend all of our time dissecting life through a racial lens or gender lens only to achieve very little and allow the actual causes to continue and grow.

In all seriousness, I may be using colourful language and be motivated by political bias but the data suggests Labour has lost its heartlands and this goes way beyond Brexit.

They second paragraph sums it up. The reason why things are locked at through a racial or gender lens is because of the continuous discrimination suffered by both groups. It’s easy for you or me to downplay discrimination as its highly unlikely we’ve experienced it.

You want quotas enforced?

It’s the level of action and determination to find racism when it’s not there that I take issue with. If someone points out racist abuse towards footballers online for example, then send the fkers to jail. No problem.

But when organisations are held bent on finding racism on a systemic level to explain disparities when in fact the main causes are nothing to do with group identity then the true cause is lost, ignored and not dealt with.

Please see race baiters like Dawn Butler as an example of what I detest. Or several other Labour MPs that Kemi Badenoch has to deal with every week.

Ideally employment shouldn’t be judged by race. Due to unconscious bias it is. I don’t want to see quotas being enforced. I think judging suitability of a candidate by a photo or name is wrong.

Sadly the reality is the idea is being mooted because the above happens.
