My point was in relation to Hamas and not Palestine - which is very clear to see as it is literally written down on this forum. However it’s hilarious to see how easily I get under your skin and how quickly you throw your toys out the pram as you continue to be unable to ‘discuss’ without continued strawman arguments and childish name calling. For someone who does this as an apparent ‘career’ you are not very good at this?

There are multiple reports disputing what Al Aqsa mosque was being used for.

Any links to back this up?

If that’s what is actually happening, it’d be breaking international law in a whole raft of ways, including the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights (ICCPR), the International Covenant on Economic, Social and Cultural Rights (ICESCR), and likely the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court.

It’d also, of course, be in very direct contravention of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights.

During armed conflict, yes, it’s against the Geneva Convention, and would certainly constitute a war crime under the Rome Statute.

Not trying to be the voice of reason here but I find this attempt at point scoring between some people on here about who is to blame in this situation very bad taste and not needed, the reality and facts are They’re both at fault and both at blame, The Palestinians started all of this escalation on this occasion so they are to blame however Israel have retaliated totally wrong and taken it to extreme levels so they’re equally to blame.

Let’s just all hope it can be de escalated as possible
