You’ve nothing to worry about. Who knew a meme could be so valuable!

I think Doge will likely dip after SNL, but as the videos circulate and people start to buy who aren’t yet in crypto it’ll rise again next week.

I sold half of mine this morning. Now I’ll leave it for the long term unless the dip is significant enough for me buy back in.

Coffeezilla making the plea at the end of that video for everyone to get a hard wallet

'No crypto exchange is immune from hacks or criminal founders'

Hope everyone on this thread is following said advice
-------------------------------------------------------------------

Is there any advantage of that compared to just trading on a platform like etoro?

How or where do you store a hard wallet ? In a safe ?

posted on 8/5/21

Anywhere you want. Just don’t hide it as the same place as the 21 word seed

But if you lose a hard wallet can your crypto be recovered ?

Really its a safety thing

Hardware wallets cant be hacked the way etoro can be. Also god forbid someone in etoro commits massive fraud and steals funds

When one of like Nexo or Celsius get a banking license we can revisit this but until then the safest place for your crypto is a hardware wallet

Hardware is always the safest, if secure, but I'm sure Coinbase and a few others have insurance through the lloyds syndicates. Not sure if that just covers vaulted coins or not though. I'm sure there were some stringent conditions to them even offering cover.

Weren't wallstreetbets going to create their own blockchain/crypto? I heard it in convo but not from a solid source. If there was an instant doge killer that's it 😅

Big dip for doge as expected, bought back in with the 50% I took out and got 800 points straight coins.

Around 90% of Doge is held by a few people who are continuously dumping once the price builds up again, unless you buy in at the very bottom and are happy to wait for the next viral pump then avoid at all costs and invest in real cryptocurrencies that are not fundamentally useless and 'printing' or rather minting millions more coins all the time like the inflationary coin that is Doge.

There are so many good options for both short and long term investments in the market that nobody who knows a thing about cryptocurrency needs to take the risk of buying Doge, even if you are able to sit on a loss for a while, what's the point? You are just becoming part of the problem that when Doge crashes and millions of people get burned by that most will have a very negative impression left behind of ALL cryptocurrencies, even those which aren't a scam and have real-world utility like Cardano.

Who's to say when the next Doge pump might be the last one as well? If regulators step in which they inevitably will to protect small investors if these regular Doge pump & dumps keep occurring then you may never regain your initial investment.

40% in 24 hours that's more of a crash than a dump tbh.
