The whole point of cryptos is decentralisation though.

Banks will start to use blockchain (some already are) using the likes of Ripple. But don't expect the crypto buying population to buy them up. They are just there to streamline the bank's system.

Banks would not want a wildly fluctuating currency. It will be more like tether, which is linked to the $ value.

All doing well ATM. At about 80% up from my investment. Not that Ima cash out.

Did anybody manage to get onto the BRD (Bread) ICO this lunch time.

I placed an order for 450 (0.5 ETH) but it is still in a queue.

My $100 investment is currently @ $765.47

Damn, that was supposed to be my initial investment and not the BRD one.

That BRD (bread) ICO turned out to be a farce. Even after getting my order in within 10 seconds of going live I was mysteriously placed in a queue and then told I was too late yet the whole issue supposedly took 116 seconds to sell.

It feels like us mere mortals weren't supposed to get the tokens as they were possibly already pre-sold and any of us that got in early were held up so the privileged few could get their quota.

Maybe I'm just being a cynic though.
