I just downloaded the plus 500 app. Have a demo account. Gna see if I can figure what all this shizzle is about. Maybe I can gain some clout. No doubt.

You genuinely need to be VERY careful. Before you go crazy few small trades and then withdraw money from your account(that's when you'll get asked for passport and utility bills etc) Don't invest in small cap foreign companies as I suspect they fiddle with the actual market on those companies.

Read about bucket shops too. You are genuinely just betting on a number that they move. Which in the terms and conditions does not need to match the real market price

Plus 500 is like a forex app, right?

with crypto, always go 1:1... the fluctuations are way too crazy to do any kind of leveraging.

You don't need to go 1/1 you just need to hold an large margin and "invest" much less. Plus500 is a bucket shop where you bet against number that "closely"(hmm) matches the market. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=aNmoHEFQDaw

Not sure Nick, we haven't managed to get him out yet. Keeps using some excuse about being teetotal

I've used them. Wasn't pleasant. It is possible to make money off them, but you need to be incredibly well measured. So you have large cash reserves, which makes it harder for them to aromatically close you out.

BTC going throught the roof atm.

posted on 16/11/17

So if I bought a bitcoin last week at 5.5k, I would have made around £500?

posted on 16/11/17

You could have bought for £4,300 last Saturday.

posted on 16/11/17

You can buy fractions, I bought about a tenth (0.12 BTC) on Sunday for about £500.

I cashed in just as it hit it's peak and started falling again.

Same with XRP, which went ballistic between 1330 and 1400.

Just waiting for it to drop again before opening some more trades!

I would hodl your BTC, genuinely think it could go on a bull run towards $10k in the coming week or two.

IOTA is my other choice for the week... It's push to break the $1 mark and can probably make it before a profit sell off... Still 20% gains to be had.

I bought an extra few 1000 last week at $0.40

Ji Sung

Are you using coinbase for all of this?

posted on 17/11/17

I use bitfinex for trading. i keep most of my crypto in offline wallets though.

In the early days, i lost quite a few bitcoins by being a bit clueless to it all... I have to shut it out of my mind now, if I convert those coins into the current price, I would cry hard

Speaking of which, admin1, if you ever get the wallet cracking software done... you can hack my old wallet and we'll split the cash... seriously!

I think BTC will do it's usual weekend dive overnight, so I'll see how low it goes before I decide when to re-invest.

I trade on etoro and it doesn't look like they deal in IOTA.

I'll reply back with various nuances and demands. It only works if you know roughly what passwords you might have used. I can brute force it with a few million dictionary attacks but that's peeing in the wind for the most part.

Thanks

unfortunately... i just checked on how mycelium would have created their private keys back then and it was generated by the app itself.

Think these coins are lost for good... oh well... easy come, easy go.
