As a neutral it was unbelievable. How utd won that match I still can't believe. Was unreal. Even the one that hit de geas shin from lacazette where de gea had no clue where the ball was. anywhere else and that's a goal. Was just unbelievable.
Yeah was a great team performance ruined by individual errors

That's lucky Utd for you
Breathtaking, brilliant for any kind of Football fan. If you love Football you should have watched that game. It was an advert for Premier League Football.
"Arsenal are slowly building up my confidence in them again with these types of attacking performances but need to defend properly though, the goals we gave away were ridiculous!"
Losing Ozil and Sanchez will be a blow to that, and with Wenger in charge can you really see the defensive side improving much? Will be a very difficult summer to focus on both ends of the pitch.
I'm confident you'll be in the top 4 this year though, so will have the CL intrigue to new players back.
Was a really good game on Sunday.

Maybe, but we wouldn't be Arsenal if we didn't have a crisis every summer .
With those 2, i'm getting more worried about Ozil leaving than Sanchez, AS has not been at the races this season at all, whether his mind is gone i dont know, but Ozil has been playing to his potential finally.
Don't worry, we'll bring him back down a peg or two when he has a bad game at left back.
De Gea was annoyingly good on Saturday, his double save from Lacazette and Sanchez was outstanding. Sanchez should have lifted the ball but how quick was De Gea in getting up and getting the block in.
Just a shame we lost the game in the first 10 minutes before we'd got going.
Arsenal were excellent until it came to shooting.
United reminded me of Crystal Palace when they beat us with a few goals on the break while we missed sitters after sitters a few years back.

did we ride our luck a bit? of course but it evens it self out just like how last year you lot scored with pretty much your only attempt on target against us in the 90th minute for a ridiculously underserved draw
a game like that doesn't even out. Either way(not that I remember last year)but we're talking about saturdays game. One of the most one sided games of football i've ever seen. But football is football and you have to get the round thing in the goal.
So one sided Nick that we managed to score three goals and hit the post.

exactly, arsenal last year literally created nothing at ot yet scored a last minute smash and grab goal, that's the definition of underserved

yeah, goes to show just how much domination arsenal had. Seeing as utd scored 3 and the game was still one sided. 33 shots or something. I'm not even knocking utd, and don't know why utd fans would care how the game went. they got the 3 points. But it was ridiculously one sided.
I remember saying "these things will even themselves out" to a mate at school after Arsenal beat us on penalties in the FA cup final after a 0-0 hammering by us. Might look him up and message him to say I told you so.
You dont understand football if you think it was one sided.
We didn't deserve to lose the game that's for sure. United were clinical but the amount of chances we had to score were unbelievable. Factor in the 2 penalties we should have got on top of that as well.
We were sloppy defensively however
There has to be a point whereby a team has SO many shots, and misses SO many chances that you say, maybe they deserve to lose?
Did DDG deserve to lose, given his performance? He performed his job far far better than any Arsenal player on the day, he deserved to be a winner.

Being sloppy defensively is why you deserved to lose the game.
Ok what about the pens? Based on the chances we missed and ddg heroics, didn't we deserve to get the pens?
It's doesn't matter who deserved to win or lose, we let in 3 goals so we lost.
We should have done better, but it was a good game regardless and i was happy-ish with our attack.

Now, THAT game, you actually have a point mike. But the game last year, just had a look, arsenal had 5 shots to utds 12, had more possession. Slightly different to 33 shots to 5 or whatever it was.
