Now phil has moved to Barcelona he is world class!
TBF I enjoyed watching him when he was on TV, developed into a very good player and managed the physical side of the English game very well.
Without too much thought, I'd have Messi, Suarez, Ronaldo, Bale (when fit), KdB, David Silva, Neymar and Mbappe well ahead of him.
I think he'd struggle to make my top 20.
=======
Who makes your top 20 then in no particular order.
He's in the bracket below the bracket below Messi and Ronaldo.

I'd probably agree with you here. He is still young enough to develop further. No disrespect to Liverpool, but he's with far better players now and that may push him into becoming a world class player.

and that's just the top 20 in the PL.
Personally thought he looked good in a bunchbof BSD players, but time will tell. Don't see the fuss tbh
Now many will see that as biased but its not. I said he he same when adnan was ripping it up at utd and now rashford
He's been knocking on the world class door since last season.
Now that he's at Barca, I think people will be calling him world class by the end of the season or next year Jan latest.
He'll definitely continue his upward curve of improving year on year for Barca. Was already getting there for Liverpool.
Forgot there's a WC around the corner...end of the WC then
attacking wise?
Lewandowski, kane, messi, ronaldo, neymar, cavani, hazard, mbappe, suarez, kdb, silva, aguero, salah, robben(maybe just past it now), higuain, aubameyang, griezman

Nice try.
He's easily in the top 20.
Around the top 10 whilst still being on an upwards trajectory, he's getting better while many above him are not

Sanchez too. Ozil???
ah yeah sanchez definitely
With Neymar and Jesus, he will shine at the World Cup I reckon. Just not sure on Brazils midfield, don't know who they start with now days.
In the PL this season Coutinho was only behind Kane, KDB and Salah so yes he is one of the best attacking players in the world.
and hazard and sterling and silva. But whatever, bias knows no bounds
I guess it all depends what you look at aswell, hazard is basically the only reason we're not 10th again. But doesn't have the goals to game ratio of salah or sterling. I know who i'd rather have.

It must not for you to include Frauden Hazard
I said this season! Hazard doesn't even come close. A goal or assist every 86 mins for a midfielder is outstanding. Hazard has never achieved that.
Sterling is a good shout.
Even Lingard and Martial have more goals/assists per minute this season and that's in our side which has hardly been free flowing attack.
Firmino, Salah have both contributed more for LFC.
Hazard has been better, Sterling, Silva and De Bruyne too.
Kane and Aguero.
Mahrez probably about level with him too.
