Moura could still wel be a success for us.
Depay is having a good time in France. Looks like the player we wanted to sign. Which either means the move to United came too early, or the standard of the French league isn't very high.

Definitely the latter. Look at some of the absolute dross that look like Messi in the French league. Balotelli, Bakayoko, Depay, Di Maria etc.

PLenty of top PL players have arrived from ligue 1.
Depay's selfishness and bad decision making is why he failed at utd, perhaps hes learned from the experience.

I can't really see Mourinho signing a 5ft 7 winger who doesn't like to track back personally.
At the time when we did want him, he was an exciting player. But I don't think he's been all that great nowadays. Granted he's had less playing time, but I still feel he wouldn't make it at United.

He did sign Mkhi, but he's forgotten how to pass/shoot.

mkhi, mata, martial, rashford, depay, di maria...spent a lot on that position. Maybe that formation just doesn't suit utd.

We could maybe go for a diamond instead and two forwards, but then you need decent width and attacking fullbacks which we also don't have!
