I would go for:

-------------------------------Wes---------------------------------

Tav----------------Alves/Bates----Martin-----------Wallace

----------------------------McCrorie--------------------------------

Candeias----------Docherty----Dorrans-----------Murphy

----------------------------Morelos--------------------------------

A lot would depend on who we are playing.

Goss IMO should be in the midfield in the games that we are more likely to dominate such as lower teams at home as he seems a bit more creative and uses the bell well. I would perhaps have him in place of Docherty but hard to say as I need guage the level of player he is.

Superb

I'd suggest perhaps waiting to see how they do before calling it a massive success. After all, I remember folk down south suggesting that Everton 'won' the last transfer window and we all know how that's turned out.

The right looks very strong

Bates over Alves for me, Alves is too slow now and bates needs experience. We'd have a strong bench too which would be a novelty.

Why Wallace he is gash, John all day long for me.

Wes
Tav Bates Martin John
McCrorie
Dorrans
Candeias Windass Murphy

I'd try to go Bates and McCrorie at the back if I could.

Foderingham
Tavernier
Bates / Martin
McCrorie
John
Docherty
Goss
Windass
Candeias
Murphy
Morelos

I'd to see a few moved on. Personally I'd try shift Kranjcar Halliday O'Halloran and Probably Bruno Alves to save some cash but with Wilson on the way would be a bit short of depth if he went too.

Also I'm assuming dorrans still has a while before fit.

I think I'd rather have John. But I'd be tempted to use both at times.

Very much a superb window IMO. players brought in for positions needed. Much needed strength in depth. Very happy with it so far.......

Before the window too many players were picked because there were no alternatives ..guys like Peña and Miller ....looks like these days are gone.

Meanwhile Dundee have rejected a " low bid" from Celtic for defender Jack Hendry.....shameful treatment by a club rolling in CL money and a windfall of 7 m from Van Dyke....

I know he has been injured, but I cannot remember the last stand out game for Wallace, he has been woeful since we got promoted to the top flight

😂😂😂

So so close.

Nearly managed a thread about your team and even slipped in the word “superb” but eventually had to spoil it all by mentioning Celtic yet again.

Good effort all round though.

I don't think that team is far off a team capable of winning a Title.

We did hear this last January and even as recent as last summer.

Arguably this is the route you should have went down a few years ago when trying to build a solid foundation.

But to label loan signings like Martin, Cummings and the signing of Docherty as a superb window only highlights how far your expectations have fallen over recent years.

Just my tuppence worth of course
