Anyone see what the ref did in the Ritson fight? His corner throw in the towel and the ref chucks it out of the ring and then let's him take a beating
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Yep saw that. Atrocious refereeing.

Never seen a ref ignore the towel being thrown in and throw it out wtf

Shame we can’t have ref interviews

Fury is already in Wilders head
The litany of excuses from Wilder is truly embarrassing. Sad that some of the bigger boxing channels on YouTube like Boxingego have got fully behind this:

Boxingego is heavily biased to african american boxers. I rarely view his opinions as objective or informed and have stopped watching him from a few years back.
I thought Wilder would beat Fury in both fights but now, I jot only think Fury will win but I hope he beats him so convincingly that there is zero room for excuses.
Fury will batter him, mentally and physically he looks in very good condition. Can't see Wilder or AJ causing any problems for him when they fight apart from having a punchers chance.
Hopefully Fury comes into this fight 100% focused as it's easy to lose that drive and desire when you've beaten a guy with relative ease.

I stopped watching Boxingego a few years ago as well. But the point is that he's one of many boxing channels that have bought into the many excuses. These people really believe that Fury tampered with his gloves, or put a gypsy curse on Wilder, or paid Wilder's trainer to throw in the towel or put something in his water. It's laughable.
Why not just admit that Fury was so much better than Wilder on the night and smashed him to bits thanks to a new trainer who trained him in the Kronk style.

I'm also concerned that a bit of indifference might creep in and he doesn't train quite as hard as he should. I've watched some Wilder training footage and he's training like a demon.
Still though the only way that Wilder wins the fight is by ko. Even against a fairly poor Fury he's not going to win on points as he doesn't have he all-round boxing game or ability.

Fanboys tend to be in denial, so I am not surprised they are buying into Wilders excuses.

I was worried about that too but watching the press conference and other interviews he seems focused and in a good place. Wilder can train hard but he cant learn how to box, I'm not sure what Malik Scott will do for him with his inexperience as a trainer.
Fury wilder off
Fury tests positive for Covid
Ffs
It's just postponed, not actually cancelled, which isn't too bad in the grand scheme of things. I've read that the new date will be in October, which I find bemusing. Why push it out 3 months? I guess no AJ vs Fury until summer 2022 at the earliest.
There's no covid outbreak in his camp. It's all mind games and delay tactics from Fury.
Probably wanted to avoid a drug test so came out with the covid excuse.
Why would fury delay or want to avoid giving wilder an easy battering again?
Annoying as fury’s been vaccinated, arum said he and wilder had both been vaccinated so no chance it would be cancelled like the Lopez fight (who hadn’t been cancelled)

Bit premature, but it looked obvious from that point that Joyce was in control and was going to end the fight sooner or later.
No stamina
No defense even though his trained by Virgil
Been fighting a one eyed mediocre Latvian for 9 rounds and is losing
Not that the Latvian will get the decision
Totally over rated
Doesn’t seem to have any fighting heart either
Evidently too many asslickers around him and he’s believed his own hype like Yarde
If this Latvian had real power... buatsi would of been knocked out within 6
