Nice finish
Power even in the 11th round when he was spent
Impressed
Wouldn’t beat Arthur or Yarde with that defense though
Too much hype around both him and yarde.
I actually like Yarde and I think he would have done better under Hearn and a better trainer.
Buatsi seems average to me. I don't see the skill and IQ and despite having power, against top level guys, he will get found out badly.
Fights to make next:
Yarde vs Arthur 2
Buatsi vs Bivol

No stamina
No defense even though his trained by Virgil
Been fighting a one eyed mediocre Latvian for 9 rounds and is losing
Not that the Latvian will get the decision
Totally over rated
----------------------------------------------------------------------
Virgil Hunter is a decent trainer but an overrated one. His best fighter is Andre Ward and this whilst Hunter instilled the importance of defence into Ward, he has failed to do so with other fighters. Berto, Khan, Buatsi, theey have all showed 0 signs of improved defence. I think most fighters, aside from the truly elite, will always revert back to their true nature. EG Khan vs Danny Garcia
In my opinion, if Yarde beats Arthur, which I think he will, they should make the buatsi fight and cash in on a domestic pay day.
Buatsi was winning fight comfortably Oscar idk wtf you’re on about . He was far far too easy to hit however and I don’t really see any improvements in him?
Buatsi faded bad for a couple rounds and against a top fighter he would’ve got stopped but I don’t think he’ll empty tank in round 6 like that again now having the experience. Gets no where near Bivol or Beterbiev. I like the kovalev fight to add some momentum.
Good win for Ortiz last night

Yep agreed
I don’t really rate Yarde, But he’d beat Buatsi comfortably on that evidence. Yarde is basically the same style as the Latvian except punches a lot harder and can take punches better
And Lyndon Arthur is just better than both of them, too slick too savvy too intelligent
Yarde vs Arthur
Buatsi vs Bivol
Winner fights Winner
Loser fights Loser
Buatsi vs Bivol has to be next. Hearn can't keep easing Buatsi in, it's time we see him fight the best in the division.

Nothing wrong with calling fighters out but Benn has done it in a disrespectful way. He needs to focus on building his way to the top level because that's where Porter is.
Disagree, we need more boxers with hunger desire and charisma, he’s a lion chomping at the bit who wants the big fights, it’s good and shows ambition it shouldn’t be blocked
Not like he’s calling out the elite, Porter is mediocre

Most boxers have hunger and ambition. As far as charisma goes, he doesn't have that but he is outspoken. Actually, boxing needs less fighters talking trash and more fighters actually taking fights that are in high demand.
Porter mediocre? He's one of the best fighters in the division and despite not being in that elite club with spence and crawford, he's definitely in the group below.
Porter would make Benn look like a novice.
Conor Benn hasnt won a british, commonwealth or a world title yet he sees fit to act as if boxers need to bring something to the table if they want to fight him. He should fight Avanesyan but instead he's called out boxers like Robert Guerrero and Victor Ortiz.
Porter is mediocre
He’s lost to anyone half decent he’s faced including vs Brook on his own turf
Benn would absolutely tear him apart, Porter’s way too slow negative and Jib jabbery to trouble Benn
Benn would currently get destroyed by the elite but people like Porter and Khan? Benn would smash them to pieces
Funnily enough one of the biggest wins Porter has is Formella who Benn also heat comfortably, and Benn smashed Vargas in 1 round who went 12 with Khan
Again apples for pears and pears for apples but Benn is seriously the real deal. I’m hesitant on rating or nailing ship the mast on pretty much all what I’d call prospect but Benn has it inside and outside the mentally and hunger and desire is next level
Complete contrast to Eubank JR who barely fights once a year now because he enjoys the fame side more
Maybe Porter of 5 years ago could of jib jabbed and boxed his way to a decision over Benn, but a 33 year old Porter who’s on the decline and wasn’t hugely great anyway vs a 24 year old pit bull like Benn? Wouldn’t last 6 rounds

You're joking right?
Porter has beaten, Devon Alexander,Malignaggi, Broner, Berto and Danny Garcia. His only losses have been to Spence,Thurman and Brook and all 3 were close decisions. Is Porter elite, no, but you have to be delusional or very bias to not consider him a top level welterweight.
Who has Benn beaten that makes you think he could beat Porter? Nobody on Benns record is anywhere near Porters level.
lads ..what are your thoughts on James Toney ?
He's probably my favourite boxer of recent times

He's had the push because of who his dad is and he's had some decent performances but he should be cleaning up domestically. I suspect that people have bought into the Fight camp garden event hype and Conor has gained more support from UK fans and now they want to push him to the big leagues.
Avanesyan would be a good test as would Josh Kelly.
