Age is pretty irrelevant when players develop at different stages. Some have their primes much earlier.

What we need for keepers is some kind of performance related award.

Based on how many clean sheets they keep for example.

You could call it... I don't know.... The Golden Glove or something like that!

Clean sheets isn't that reflective of a 'keepers individual performance.
Wojciech Szczesny won the Golden Gloves in a season he made a fair few errors.

Joe Hart won the golden glove on at least 2 or 3 years on the bounce, that must seem an age ago for him now.

Poor sod.

yes Sane would be a good shout

DDG could have a poor year for us but still keep more clean sheets than a keeper that's had a great season for a side at the bottom.

Just hand out awards to whoever we feel like tbh.

All players should get one just for signing on, at the end of the season like we did in kids football

Might just fack around and start giving every player a medal if the team wins something.

23 is the cut-off so Sterling will win it. Personally I think it should be 21 and under

If it was lowered to 21, the pool of players would be too small imo.

Shawn Wright Phillips. He always seemed young with potential, even after he retired.
