The luck just ran out.

We got too comfortable. Need to learn to be more ruthless and there's no better place than the FA cup right now.

Not really mate, lets be honest t take Kane outa spurs ab their not that special, he came up against a world class defender and will learn from it!

Just except ya came up against a true big club, with real european pedigree and got knock out over 2 legs.

They should of had a pen first half as well, it happens its not just about being giid in prem you get tested in europe

They're a good side with plenty of experience and you lost by the odd goal after hitting the post at the end.

Saying that they missed a peno and should have had another.

Juve are an excellent side who know how to get the job done in Europe

If you spurs fan get lucky you may get to knocked out by them again in the future!

Spurs lucky not to lose 6-3 in reality. If the ref does his job and gives the clear pen and higgy also doesnt miss in Turin it tell a different story.

Spurs are a dirty team when u think they should have given away 3 pens over the 2 legs.

well played Spurs..tough luck!

Not so sure that liverpool would knock them out. Juve were more clinical and they shut the game out when it mattered most - something spurs havent mastered and Liverpool have struggled with

It makes you angry , but but but that makes every goal , every victory a million times better and the defeats just makes us more of a very strange family , I always go upstairs thinking COYS , always will

Rival fans going on about penalties etc clearly didn’t watch the games because both times rided their luck at times with poor officiating. We didn’t take our opportunities.. pure and simple. The only positive we can take is teams don’t normally create chance at all against Juve. They have conceded 4 in 21 games are something like that and we scored 3 of them.

Disappointing to go out but lets not forget we have faced the hardest matches in the CL of all the English clubs.. Played against massive teams and how many of our fans thought we would reach this stage when the initial draw was announced. Not many am sure.
It was only a few years ago qualifying for the CL was a pipe dream and trips to Top 4 opposition would result in embarrassing hammerings..Still remember the Taunts "CL, you are having a laugh". oh the days..And all this with players like Kane, Alli, Winks, Rose, Trippier,Dier. I mean those six players alone cost £10 mill.
With a new stadium on the horizon and our amazing facilities we will soon be able to compete on a more level footing. The future is Spurs. COYS!!

Yes, we only had 3 chances.
Make sure your mama gives you a kiss on the cheek when she tucks you in bed tonight. Enjoy your relegation battle.

We have a better attack with better movement though, and are not reliant on one player. I think we would do more damage than Spurs managed.

Hopefully time will tell. Though whoever they play next Pranjic will miss out and he is the one that usually pulls the strings.

Yeah he's a good player. They all are.

Lottery now and fine margins just like tonight.

He was poor tonight. Spurs controlled the game for most of the tie but when they changed it, Poch had no answers. The bench simply wasn't good enough, so it's not all his fault on the night.

When it came to the crunch our ball management was found a little lacking for me. Went long too many times. The better teams are more comfortable passing the ball and probing for chances. I said during play we needed a 2 goal cushion as you knew we would give chances away and they would be clinical. Chellini was right during his post natch interview.
Personally don't think Juve were that a great team. If we had taken our chances 1st half then no one would be talking about Juve's know how.
Feel any team playing them in the quarters have a good chance. A team with Pace and good technical ability like Liverpool/City I feel would destroy them. Also they have a couple missing through suspension.
Think City have a good chance as overall PL winners.

No one rips apart juventus. They are a serious outfit. 2 finals in 3 years. They know what they are doing

Poch is a brilliant coach but he’s no tactician. That for me is the part that’s missing - that ability to respond tactically during a game which Allegri did brilliantly.

This leg he did. But he facked it up in the first by playing a two In mf against spurs, with Dembele. . There’s a good article on him in the guardian, but of a maverick coach. Fair play his tactics won the match.

Easy to make these comments when you loose a game.. Doubt Spurs we would be in the top 4 for a few years running if he is a poor tactician. You can pick holes in any managers team tactics after a game is lost.

Maybe Poch lacks the luck lol.

posted on 7/3/18

I think BlackStarr is right, when they made their changes Dele, who had been kicked out of the game, should have been taken off for Lamela and we should’ve moved to a 433. Little differences like that would have changed the game.

I'm not gonna wum Tottenham as it's happened enough times to us. However maybe now you know how tough this tournament is. The experience will do you good although it is a missed opportunity.
