I wouldn’t say he needs replacing yet , however I honestly think he has taken us as far as he can with our limited resources.
Due to our wage cap we will probably lose Toby and Rose same as we did Walker and the wage cap will always prevent us from going to the next level.
Hate to say it but the only way we can stop this is by paying the players more .

I don't get the audacity of Poch implying the FA Cup is not important. Klopp doesn't seem to get it other.
Both of our teams are clubs who let's face it aren't going to in the CL or PL realistically, so the one huge trophy we can win the managers seem to disregard.
One complaint I've had with Klopp is our poor domestic cup performance, it's a real shame.
Must be a foreign manager thing.

I put most of the blame on dembele for that shower yesterday, first goal what the feck is he doing trying his little tricks and pull backs there when he had at least two simple outlets for the ball,second goal he let his man go also all this passing the ball across the pitch outside the box instead of moving forward, we have very little creativity in this team to break defences down

Aurier needs to step up next season and we need to get somebody in at left back with some genuine pace.
We have done very well this season when you consider how we have weakened in those 2 areas compared to last season.
Poch has our squad over achieving imo, it`s the lack of experience that sees us fail time and again at the final hurdle. Always buying young players with potential and sell on values only takes us so far.
United won yesterday because they were more street wise than us, they knew what kind of referee we had and played on it brilliantly. Watch the game back and you will see how they acted, buying cheap free kicks (Sanchez is a master at it), feigning injury, time wasting, shirt pulling, blocking off opponents etc. This is where we need to learn from United and The Special Once.
All these antics change the dynamic of a game, add to that a poor referee who failed to consistently apply the rules of the game because he `didnt want to ruin a good game` and you see the result.
Poch this season has lead Spurs to lose all three cup competitions at home, despite leading.
West Ham 2-0 up, LOST
Juventus 1-0 up, LOST
Man United 1-0 up, LOST
All three games played at Wembley, and all three games lost with hardly a fight, when going behind. He just doesn`t do cups, never has, never will. He seems incapable of juggling more than one competition at a time.
If just finishing top four is OK with supporters, then Poch is our man, of you want trophies, then he obviously is not, having been a manager 10 years and won nothing.

Who could do better than Poch other than an elite manager who would want a lot of money to spend? Sure he makes mistakes but so does every manager. Spurs have the lowest budget in the top 6 yet this will be their 3rd straight season in the top 4.
What you lack is players with a winning mentality who produce in the biggest games. I'm sure Poch knows this but will he ever be given the funds to get any? Getting rid of him would be the stupidest move ever but as an Arsenal fan I hope you do as you could easily end up with another AVB and be back in 5th or 6th AND winning nothing.

Trippier is an extremely weak link, in fact both full backs are, but that is pretty well down to Poch and his constant rotation, ruined what were basically four decent, if not top class full backs.
