Yeah I don't mean the whole thing, just as it comes out
But I shall give my general thoughts on it shortly
Watched the two episodes, really enjoyed them. So good to have new MCU content at last.
The feel of it is spot on imo, they did a great job with both the retro sitcom vibe and the sinister undertones. The performances are great too. Good job this is a weekly release or I would have probably binged it all tonight. I'm hooked.
Watched the first episode, thought it was crap.

Yea same, I actually fell asleep towards the end so will
Have to watch again
Speaking of, the new series of Vikings is out. That went downhill like GOT in the last one.
The Last Kingdom for the win.
It went downhill since Ragnar. Had its moments last couple of series but the ending was a bit meh.
The new series will be crap if Floki is actually dead.
I've seen it all so won't give spoilers.
Thank you. I’m more interested in the next series of The Last Kingdom anyway. I’ll get around the Vikings at some stage.
Dunno when TLK is out, though. Covid.
Heard good things about the TLK. Uhtred son of Uhtred.
The last season of Vikings was a bit of a hot mess tbh
Seriously a shame overall cause I feel season 1-3 was some of the best historical tv i've seen (not like Rome level obvs but up there in the high tier)
Ivar was the only thing ive been watching for (and a bit of Harald)
Not sure of this is a spoiler or not but Alfred (who i think was miscast) actually does ok in the last season

TLK is fantastic from like the second season onward
I wasnt a big fan of the first season, it was kind of like watching an RPG
But when they get into the historical character work with Alfred its fking amazing

Nice, I'll come on over
Strangely, I’ve never actually watched Rome, despite studying classics.
TLK as historical fiction goes, is one of the best I’ve seen. I think it stays truer to the historical accuracy and narratives than Vikings does, which is unsurprising given Bernard Cornwell is thorough unlike the History Channel.
