This is post Endgame.

Wont spoil much beyond saying episode 4 reveals a lot so if you enjoy enough of the first three, get to that episode to nake a judgement on the story,

I’ll give it a proper bash today perhaps. Got to episode 4 and can see the change.

Still wouldn’t call any of it particularly great. Outside of the norm is great but it has to be nearly flawless to achieve that status. Anything less then outside of the norm can be tedious and annoying.

This year there is Black Widow, Shang-Chi, Eternals and Spider-Man No Way Home on the big screen.

On Disney + there is Wandavision, Falcon & The Winter Soldier, Loki, What If, Ms Marvel and Hawkeye.

So, there is something for everyone I guess.

Also compare it to DC:

Zack Snyder’s Justice League and The Suicide Squad.

One wonders why it is struggling compared to Marvel.

Wandavision season finale was surprisingly my favourite episode but I suspect that was due to every other episode leaving me disappointed. Episode 9 is certainly the most action packed but the stakes were non existent, many of the questions I had were not answered and ultimately, the slow build up throughout the season ended in a pitiful payoff. I won't go into spoilers yet but I'd give this episode a 7.5/10 and the overall show a 6/10.

Oh and my favourite moment in this episode and perhaps the whole season was Elizabeth Olson looking sublime in her traditional attire.

I was the opposite, I liked the 'what the hell is going on' of the first half of the season, then felt it ended more like a standard middle of the road marvel movie.

She looked great though

Loved her look and her overall performance.

I'm happy for AoS and some of the netflix shows to just be forgotten about completely tbh.

Bettany didn't help the speculation when he said he was working with an actor he always wanted to work with. Which turned out to be... himself.

Seeing the stuff beyond the hex was very much needed imo. Before they was introduced it was very meh.

Overall the show was a middle of the road show.

Some good and some boring bits.

Really interested in the Monica Rambeau stuff too.
