Fiege's involvement in those shows should mean they're better quality than the existing ones.

The only Marvel shows I got into were Daredevil and Punisher (and maybe S1 of Jessica Jones). Expecting better from Disney +

I hope they aren't necessary tbh

Yeah I can understand that. It'll be a lot of TV to get through. I'm sure there will be summary videos as well for people who can't be bothered to watch it all but want to know what's happened.

I actually quite enjoyed Luke Cage as well, while Iron Fist improved dramatically between s1 and s2 and was actually set up really nicely for s3.

Yep, people that can’t be bothered to watch the shows can always find out online before going to the cinema.

I do enjoy both those films so I’m happy about that.

I weren’t sure they’d do another Antman but I bet they use that to set his daughter up for the young avengers

Not sure they have the content. Not a big Star Wars fan, but I guess with the acquisition of fox they have that whole extensive back catalog?

Is marvel owned by Disney too?

All Marvel content will be taken off Netflix etc wont it and straight onto Disney+

Plus new Marvel series etc they'll be making (which I'm not arrsed about)

posted on 15/11/19

Yeah I couldn't really care less about marvel and Star Wars, but done of fox's back catalog is interesting, aliens and avatar for example.

All old though aren't they, available elsewhere for pretty cheap to buy/download? Or are they doing Alien series etc

New Avatar movies are going to be at the cinema surely, not straight on to their platform.

Probably not, but it might make it there much quicker than elsewhere. They are old, but not one marvel film comes anywhere near how good aliens is.

Yeah I get that but I wouldn't pay a monthly fee for that, however good they are. The fee is more for new material in my eyes.

Think most of the new stuff will end up being Marvel/superhero related to begin with, they're the big money tickets out there at the moment.

Not related to the chat above, but noticed that Black Adam finally has a release date for 2021, same as The Batman and SS2

Should be a good year for DC that.

Anyone seen the deleted scene in endgame with hulk and the ancient one. Completely changed it.
