Whilst I agree to some extent, if Ranieri was to come here, it screams ambition and you'd of thought he'd have money to spend.

I tend to agree to be fair.

The more this gets mentioned the more I’m hopeful he will go.

Still not convinced he will at this stage, not quite yet anyway...

The press are picking up on this and Phil Hay has stated that the meetings with Heck last week did not go that well.

Read into that what you wish but my guess is he’s been told a decision on his future will be made by the time he gets back from his holiday. The silence is very interesting. Nothing coming out from the club at all.

Like many I think he’s going and hopefully we get a decent coach/manager/DOF to kick start the window.

I know we only got £10-£15m investment last week but Radz has also stated that all ST money and merchandise profit will go towards the playing side. We also have no idea if he or the 49-ers, or both, are prepared to inject more cash into the club.

thing is, a club like Leeds IMO needs big personalities in the management, not people who have to report to somebody, and they report to somebody.... we need to get a manager in who manage's the club, for me, its that simple.

or is 'allowed' to manage....

give the right manager a decent budget, and we'll go up

you really have to wonder how PH's name came up as a replacement for TC in the first place.

Doesn’t need a big personality, just needs a manager who knows what to do to get promoted and is allowed to get the players in he needs.

Wilko for example wasn’t that big a personality, but he knew what to do, was given full backing and time.

The players we need will come here if they see that in place, our history is no longer really a big pull.
