I've never rated him a top player, but I will say Kenny has plenty of bottle and a has good strikers instincts.

What do you mean top player? He’s never been top class and used what he had really well for a career lasting 20 years or so. He’s maybe even overachieved a bit

Yeah I mean technically I've never really rated him, but he definitely overachieved in his career, he was pretty quick in his younger days but other than that I wouldn't say he has many attributes over your average SPL level player.

It's probably his mentality/attitude that are his strongest weapons.

I totally disagree Miller was top player, but because he's Scottish, he doesn't get due credit he deserves. He's not glamorous. He's done it for Rangers and Celtic. It's hard to argue about what he's achieved. He's the player that every opposition fan hates and expects to score against them. He's underrated if anything.

I wouldn't say he really done it for Celtic, his time with us was pretty lackluster, I don't think he suits playing in a team who had so much possession.

More of a counter attacker at his best.

I totally disagree with you SJB1888, but it's one thing re Miller that he splits opinions as we are seeing above. I do think if he wasn't Scottish and he was another nationality, he would get way more love and the fact he played for both sides of the OF doesn't help imo. But football is all about opinions. There is no real right or wrong, it's subjective. His record is impressive imo though.

I was disappointed when he signed and even more disappointed when he was sold in his second time round

Done his bit in getting that useless cant Murty out of the dugout but the guy is done.

He should really retire but I think he’s one of those that’ll not know when to stop.

Decent over the years for us, but out with one decent half season in his second spell I wouldn’t say he was anything outstanding. We’ll all probably have forgotten about him in a few years.

A good player doesn't split opinions either. There are countless players on both sides that we can agree are good or great players.

I think history will speak well of him once he retires, right now many Rangers fans are having a go at the end of his career to justify getting rid and Celtic fans slag him after he signed for us again.

I think history will look back on him fondly a few years down the line.

I'll always have fond memories. He was an important player for a period in time.

Scored a lot of important goals, plenty against celtic and was an important presence at times. Has perhaps let himself down a bit with the shenanigans of the last two managers but none of us know what really happend.

Also did great for scotland.

I don't think you'll find a Rangers fan that doesn't respect what Kenny gave to the club

No matter what you think of Kenny, the way he has left the club is a disgrace to me. I think we've handled it badly as a club. He deserved better.

If it was just a falling out with the manager he would have been included in the final games of the season. It wasn't tho.
