Wtf is this premier league format

Looking forward to Q School this year.
Corey Cadby making a return is the big news. Many thought he would be a multiple major winner by now, instead he has had an absolute mare of legal troubles, women troubles and broken arms!

Big John Henderson goes in the UK event, Keegan Brown also having to try and get his card back. Scott Mitchell another big name - along with the women like Fallon, Lisa but not Beau seemingly.

Starts Monday.

Surely Greaves will enter?

Leighton Bennett entering, thought you had to be 18?

Simon Whitlocks son and Durrants nephew also both entering too

Is Ted Hankey out of jail yet?

Greaves probably thinks she can do enough on women's tour.

Hankey still locked up I think?

Over 850 entrants. No Greaves.

First stage starts today. Quarter finalists over the next 3 days progress to the second stage.

Good day for two pretty well known players who were once great young hopes. Josh Payne and Corey Cadby both won through to the final stage.

Josh Payne, Chris Quantock, Graham Usher, Andy Hamilton, Nick Kenny, Jim Moston, Mike Warburton, David Sumner got through in the UK

Robbie Knops, Roy van de Griendt, Chris Landman, Marko Kantele, Steven Strobbe, Andy Baetens, Stefan Schroder, Corey Cadby in Germany.

Fallon picked up 3 points, putting her in a decent position to progress. Another point or 2 tomorrow will be enough.

Lisa Ashton, though, needs a big day tomorrow. 0 points and a -5 leg average.

Last day of the first stage. Could see some names falling today, before the real action begins tomorrow.

Fallon qualifies by reaching the Quarters. Decent form ahead of the real stuff.

A couple of local lads to me, Conan Whitehead and Pat Scurfield, also progress.

Adrian Gray, Wes Newton, Matt Padgett, Alan Norris, Lisa Ashton, Lorraine Winstanley, Laura Turner and Leighton Bennett among the "names" who missed out.

Fallon Sherrock is through to the last 16 in the final stage of Q-School for the first time.

Four wins away from becoming the second woman to win a tour card at Q-School.

Even if she doesn’t win it today, excellent start for Points

With only 9 places for the OoM it is going to be very competitive at the top. Going to need 2 strong days, whereas in the past you could get away with one strong day.

Big John Henderson also going well.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Ronny won 6-1 with a 106 average. Zonny had a 103 average, but Huybrechts too clinical on doubles for him.

posted on 12/1/23

The first tour card will be played for between Huybrechts and Jeffrey Sparidaans.

posted on 12/1/23

Fallon, Hamilton and McGeeney bow out with 3 points.

Judging by previous years, 6 will be both sides of the divide - so leg count could be key.

posted on 12/1/23

Jeffrey Sparidaans is a Tour Card Holder

Arron Monk and Dom Taylor will fight it out for the second card on Day 1.
