The Youtube montage I saw of Sadiq is probably the worst and funniest I've ever seen

Not mince as such as when fit he's a decent player, but Rossiter.

His injury record does not fill me with confidence and I've seen plenty of fans put him into their line-ups.

Hope more than expectation

By all accounts he was outstanding in the reserves and has also been tops of the fitness and training stats but that could easily turn to schite very quickly and he'll be back to square one.

I think people are backing Rossiter, because if fit, he could be one of our best players. Also the fact his injuries have been caused by a growth issue and not the fact he's weak or injury prone. The issue is supposed to have been sorted out by staff at St Georges Park. As was said above by Rats we have hope, hence my user name. Say the second part quickly.

Gerrard suffered the same when younger so he'll understand what the guy has gone through. If his performance in the Hibs game is indicative, we should hope he's fully fit and raring to go.

If Rossiter is fully fit, and Katic and Goldson are good then could be the makings of a solid young spine in the team. I think the Rangers defence will be less leaky this season. I've said it before but the encouraging thing is that Gerrard has noticed the biggest fix needed in the team
