Thanks for that Kunta, did ask on another thread but delighted that you think so highly of him.

Maybe it's the Frank factor but along with Mason and Harry Wilson from the Pool, Rams fans are buzzing.

Promise we'll take good care of him

Igor suspect you’ll have a lot of our fans tuning in this season. Do you feel strong on promotion?

Kunta I have got a bad feeling for Chelsea for the next season!I don't why but I am quite pessimistic right now.

Cheers mate, hard to call, this is such a hard league to get out off and with the teams coming down they have a huge financial advantage, factor into that the likes of Forest, Boro, Bristol have strengthened like never before, although that could be a disadvantage as lots of new players take more than pre season games to gel.

Then you have Frank taking up his first managerial position, our ex manager going to stoke and Leeds really going left field with their appointment it sure is mouthwatering.

But we now have a nice blend of youth and experience and have been around the playoffs the last few years along with the Frank factor and rumour has it, Terry coming on board, we should be there or there abouts.

I'm pretty disappointed by it, after his success in Holland I'd hoped to see him get some time in our 1st team.

I may even pop over to Derby for a game or two, to watch him and Dujon at Coventry - not sure if you can get tickets on the day there though.

No probs at Coventry, you won't be seen for sky blue seats.

I was initially, but not only does it appear Mason turned down a Bundesliga loan from stalking Derby forums early signs are excellent under Lamps (feel free to correct me if that's wrong Igor).

Why have one article on the same subject when you can have two.

Without wanting to sound bite with cliches, it's one game down with pre season but it's seems (and I'm Irish) but the buzz around the Lampard appointment around Derby seems to be the most exciting in years and his back room staff being Jody Morris, we all know what he has brought to the Chelsea youth system, add Shay Given who to me although a keeper is a huge influence around any club as the way he carried himself as a pro over the seasons.

I'll admit that plenty of rams fans have their doubt over Terry joining but I don't do gossip, I do professional and influence.

To me he could be the a huge part of the jigsaw.

I would've preferred he went somewhere like Southampton, Fulham or Bournemouth.

posted on 18/7/18

Why, doesn't he like going north of the Thames?

We will look after him at our new club "Frank Lampard's Derby County"

It looks as if the Frank Lamard name is beginning to count for something. I am looking forwaed to seeing this other Mason. And our Mason, if hr can stay injury free is also showing some promise. I think the policy of playing youth might just be set to paying off.

We now have two Masons on our books and didn't pay a transfer fee for either. Is it because Mel has joined the Freemasons?

Right I apologise for the typos in my post above. I had to post on my wife's computer which is too small for my eyesight.

I used to post as wasRamdini but due to lost passwords and a computer crash I had to register again and Admin blocked every attempt at re-registering. Anyway - here I am and feeling quite positive about the new set up and the new season. Frank seems to be getting a positive reaction from existing players (especially the promising youngsters) and from Mel, So I see no reason to withhold my support from all involved in an exciting new season.

Looking back on last season we certainly ran out of steam and ideas. So COYR.

On the subject of loans from Chelsea, can anyone shed light on why Gary would not play Kesey Palmer?

I know they miniaturise tech equipment now but how small is your wife's computer?

If it works on windows, click on three little dots in the top rt corner and use the zoom to make things bigger. The type size not the computer that is.

It is a Chrome Book. Does that apply? Of course it is my eyesight which is at fault but I can read what I type (mostly) on my MacBook when not screwed around by, so called, corrective text

posted on 18/7/18

Thanks Spart, I didn't know about the little dots and congrats on finding your emojis.

Have we signed anyone today? and if not, why not?

posted on 18/7/18

I`ve just clicked on the three little dots and all kinds of things have popped up.......oooh Matron!

Thanks Spart It works on Chromebook too. I'll get lots of Brownie points when I point out this trick to my wife.
