Morelos is an excellent player on his game, he is young and still learning the game , in a new league and a new country working for a new manager, he need to learn that in Scotland less talented players will have a go and they will get away with it but he won't , that's how it goes here

Leaving us with 1 striker who isn’t yet fit for next week
I get it was minimal but ffs then do nothing and we have 3 points and he plays next week

He definitely needs an urgent word in his shell like cos his mentality is dodgy as f@ck.
He looked like he was learning in the first few games but then he left the foot in on Thursday and then kicked out today.
I think he’s great otherwise but he really needs to work on his temperament. His recklessness cost us today even if the ref could’ve made a better decision

I don't think he is losing it , he has built it into part of his game , he must be a nightmare to play against, he is so aggressive and in your face , he is strong as an ok but he lets it go slightly too far, it's up to the manager to reign that in a bit and not let it spill over into fouls because he is under scrutiny with the officials

Exactly. It needs to be controlled aggression. He’s had loads of little flashpoints and he’s been lucky.
If ever there was a player who had controlled aggression it was Gerrard so I’m confident he can help Morelos.
We’re now without a fit striker for next week so Gerrard has to act fast. Hopefully either we’ll have signed someone or Sadiq will be fit enough.
What’s your take on Lafferty? Would you be happy with him signing?

I'm not condoning Morelos but his crime was an innocuous flick out at a player who had barged him twice .....May jumped and barged Jack from behind , no attempt to get the ball...Jack goes off injured and May walks away. This two set of rules system has to stop before a Rangers player is seriously injured..and the chances are it'll be Ryan Jack.

Unfortunately Smid he’s got form for lashing out and he’s got away with a lot. Like I said a better ref may have taken him aside and had a word but that’s not how it worked out, plus his foot on the player’s ankle on Thursday wasn’t very clever either.
He needs to use his aggression better.
He made a mistake. He retaliated to that whanker roughing him up although there wasn’t much of a kick out (tbh Windass’ second half looked a lot worse)
However we shouldn’t remove that aggression from his game as it’s what forms so much of his game.
Gerrard will go through him behind closed doors and I’m sure Morelos will learn from it.
