Always difficult to come up to championship and then push again for premier league promotion in 2-3 seasons.

Grayson should have walked league 1, had biggest wage bill in the he league and most of the players were easily champ and above ( look at where they all ended up).
But was certainly let down by the owners
And if we don’t go up this year, the manager will have been let down by the owner

Fully aware of that but you're being obtuse. Is he not happy with the squad that he has? He was happy to have Vydra but that never happened either. It's a little naive to expect to get 100% of expectations I would suggest.

Over 46 games and looking at the bigger picture, no it’s not the players. Buck stops with manager if he was backed. Has Bielsa been fully backed? I’d say we’ve brought in good quality, but too short in some areas to honestly believe he was fully backed.
Can he get this promoted with this squad? Depends if their fitness is managed correctly.

Think that is a bit of a myth as quite a few have gone on to be promoted again straight away or at least reach the play offs.
We managed 7th level on points with sixth with 78pts(a record total to miss out).
Didn't Saints and Norwich go straight through?
Very strong squad, also included Tom Lees, Ben Parker, Barn Door Billy, Fede Bessone, Leigh Bromby.
McCartney later said the squad was jaded interesting comment.
Should have come up.

Bielsa has put us in a position with the squad nobody in their wildest dreams believed we would be in, in the style we have . To me he seems a humble but forthright so he will do the best he can with what he has & any grievance will be aired in the boardroom, we will never know.

Going back to a previous point, I actually believe that Pep and Ponch weren't just being nice to their friend but we may have one of the best Managers going. Totally in disbelief at what MB has achieved so far.

I don't anyone is suggesting he is
The injustice of the FA Cup semi final of 67 along with the Uefa cup 73 and European cup in 75, are part of our psyche and help make us what we are. It is reported Bielsa has appraised himself of our history, so he probably ‘gets’ who we are.
