Pedro is arguably the main beneficiary of sarris style. Scored in all 3 pre season games and has now scored 3 in 4 at the start of the season. His pace and his movement and more importantly ability to put the ball in the net could see pedro trhive this season.

I dont think it will be long before we see hazard pedro willian front 3 and unlike seasons past would mean no "false 9" but 3 main strikers.

Id love to see it and i think against cardif would be a perfect time to do it

I can see Giroud starting vs Cardiff as they're quite a physical team and he'll be useful in both boxes.

Sarri has freed your attacking players but your team needs more balance - a decent forward and another defender.

Sarri will play the same XI v Cardiff as he did v Bournemouth with Pedro replacing Willian.

I'm hoping RLC/Barkley play but it's likely they'll play on the Thursday

Morata should play against teams that are open while Giroud against defensive ones. This means, Giroud will play only 80% of our games.

Pedro is Callejon in this system. Classic Sarriball movement, shifting opposition to the left leaving space for the RW to exploit. Ramdeuter role (for the hipsters) that Pedro relished under Guardiola.

Morata is playing the Higuain role, but will only be a matter of time before SarrI experiments with Hazard as a false 9, that will be the Martens role.
