Interesting that Don agreed with the majority, when pingpong/doovde said he wouldn't be missed and me/flashy disagreed.
Apparently 2 is a majority over 2
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I count myself, Don and pingpong
I'm no mathematician, but that makes 3.
3/5 = 60%
Therefore: The Majority
Your honour, I rest my case.
I put it to you that Don may have made it a majority but at the time of his comment he wasn't "agreeing with the majority"

As you can see from my comment above, I have included Don. This is also under discussion on a different thread.
I would safely say that the majority of Spurs fans would like to see Moura and Son on the wings, with Eriksen in the middle after Dele's drop in form.
Why are you being so difficult today? You are your mrs have an arguement?
I am saying there isn't a drop in form, I don't really care what most Spurs think as I don't buy into that whole sheep mentality thing.
I even proved how there wasn't a drop in form.
Your comment when you included don is irrelevant. I never said there wasn't a majority now, I said that there wasn't a majority for Don to agree with. Which is 100% the case however much you want to backtrack.
I found your comments and how you made them disagreeable. You have had a few mares.

wtf
I understand the frustrating part. Aesthetically he is quite lanky which means everything looks more awards, he also plays a bit more casually than others which gives off the impression he is mucking about which is clearly not the case.
I also think his c*ck ups are more memorable. I think he has given the ball away least out of our front four (dispossession and unsuccessful touches) but the only incident I remember from them all is Dele’s misplaced pass vs Utd.

You're saying there hasn't been a drop in form?!
WHAT GAMES HAVE YOU BEEN WATCHING.
So you're saying he's been playing as well as the 15/16 season? THAT goal vs Palace, his double against Chelsea. The season he scored and assisted in 25+ goals.
Also, what proof have you supplied??? You said he was MoTM at the Toon, the player ratings on 3-4 different sources I looked at put him 5th best
I don't Dele at all. I love the geeza Any football fan can see his drop in form over the past 6 months. He's been terrible in some games and average in the majority...
If he played for us the stupid handshake things and celebrations he comes up with would annoy me when he’s out of form. I’d want him to concentrate on getting his form back.

If you've got concrete stats to prove that he's dispossessed less than our other attackers then I'll hold my hands up, but I do think that means when he gives it away it's in situations where he really shouldn't, because they all seem to stand out.
When he's dispossessed its always in situations where he seems to he have a lot of time, and has taken too long to release the ball or make a decision.

Couldn't agree more with the majority on here. I don't actually think we will miss Ali that much either. I put an article up saying how exciting I am to see Son in for him. The pace of Son and Lucas will cause all sorts of problems against Liverool.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
no option off the bench tho at all
We'll have Lamela on the bench, should he not pick up an injury getting out of bed or walking to his car..
Really feel like Alli should exercise the clause in his contract where only we can buy him for £35m.

----------------------------------------------------------------------
I don't think there has been a drop in form over the last 6 months. He had a better end to the season than the start of it, goals and assists came more in the final third of last season than any other point. Including an incredible performance against Chelsea.
I said the 16/17 season. Which was the season he got 25+ Goals. His goal vs Palace was in the 15/16 season, the double was in the 16/17 two completely separate seasons. I would ask you what games you have been watching because you can't even get his years right.
I don't know what proof you want me to supply with regards to something that is subjective. I don't know what your sources are but doubt their credibility.
However I do write my own player rating articles so that I can remember how players performed and not fall into the trap of recency bias that so many people do:
http://www.ja606.co.uk/articles/viewArticle/394583
http://www.ja606.co.uk/articles/viewArticle/394981
Which had Dele performing near the top in terms of how I scored for each player (also I can't stress enough that "arguably" doesn't mean "definitely" like you have taken it).

Lots of genuinely interesting posts, for a change. Very hard game to call, neither side firing full on yet, esp up front for us.
It will be interesting to see if Fabinho makes it to the bench, if he's ready to go yet. Shaq has got to be at least on the bench, he was my MOTM on Tuesday, with Rose coming a very close second. Maybe he ran himself into the deck in order to prove just how good he is, and he is.
Result? Anyone's guess. What I don't anticipate is a repeat result from last season.
Prediction? a Reds win.
