I think the January transfer window will need to be a huge one for us

We all know what's required , so if it's not delivered then people need to step away from the club imo because nothing about what's wrong is being addressed

I go to games now for two reasons.

A bizarre sense of loyalty.

I've paid an absolute fortune.

I have to be honest and say that if I'd missed deadline day and didn't get my renewals in, I wouldn't be missing it one bit.

It's just awful.

we've had nothing at right back for 2 seasons yet here we are and I don't care if we tried to sign Piccini that's one player ffs

theres plenty of right backs out there that are better than the 3 dumplings we have

Happened under BR for us too. It's almost like he stopped being able to motivate players. They completely buy into what he says the first couple of years and then it falls apart.

100% has happened here and it's time to go

genuinely bored watching us.

its a club problem.

we never invested in the team and with that we have become predictable, but at the same time we aren't changing anything.

lustig needs dropped but he won't be
jack hendry is a joke, theres nothing else to say, he's a f...ing joke.

edouard needs service but he cant play with his back to goal.

i'm fed up watching us just now, its not exciting, its boring and just ends up irritating the life out of me.

people might say "aww naw it will be fine" but at this rate we are not going to win the league.

Yep. That's about the size of it.

One of my directors is an avid Liverpool fan and he said it as soon as he signed for us.

"He'll be brilliant for two seasons and then take you backwards"

How I scoffed

It's like watching Ronny's team but if anything slightly worse.

We apparently targeted a right back and didn't get it over the line. Why was there not a fall back plan. Lack of a decent right back is hampering us both in defence and attack.

Rodger's wanted Hendry and got him. I have nothing to add to that.

Edouard and N'Tcham don't want to be there. Boyata doesn't want to be there. How can a team be successful if at least 3 of them don't want to be there?

McGregor, Rogic, Forrest and Griffiths are all off the boil at the same time. Coincidence?

I don't think Rodgers has the full support of the players any more.

again I 100% agree with this

board let him down as well, he wanted a rb and a cb and he never got them and thats not good enough.

we never want to go forward, we just want to do enough, its phish.

I don't care how many players he never signed, we should still be winning well with that squad domestically

the players don't want to play for him anymore, there's no fight in them, no desire, imagine being reminded every time we lose that we aren't good enough for that level and we never got the players in who are

he's only there imo because we'd be struggling to get a replacement in who the fans would accept

We have invested in the team though.

ffs Well over £30m in two full seasons and a wage bill that has rocketed during his tenure.

It's an absolute myth that he hasn't been backed more than any manager in our history and actually disguises his stewardship.

He led a nice wee dance and sing song number in his own praise after we won the league though

Whilst being backed we have lost big players in

Armstrong ,Dembele , Roberts , sviatchenko,

Replacing sviatchenko with Hendry

Roberts with Arzani

Armstrong with malumbu

And Dembele with fck all

the big buys have been good imo ghod, its the little ones that bhugger us.

we all know what we needed, a cb and a rb.

its disgraceful that we didn't do it and its the same every summer, "calm doon tons a time left" - wish ppl would f... up with that patter because we should have players in before we start our european campain not during or after it.

its been this way for 2 long, when it comes to transfers we're a joke.

And mind he had to be spared an agonising day out at Motherwell after about 20 minutes in.

I suppose Rodgers should be credited for doing that at least.

Listen; Rodgers has been praised and lauded for the things he's won, so it's right he should take the criticism and react to it when things are like they are.

posted on 5/10/18

i think he deserves criticism but i dont think it should be him and him alone.

the board let him down during that window, is anyone honestly going to say they didnt?

the players look like they can't be ersed and i'm not having "thats down to the manager" thats utter nonsense, its their attitude thats the problem.

rodgers, players, board - every one of them is part of the problem.

And who signed those players?

There's a very long list of duds that Rodgers and his scouts are responsible for. Many millions wandering around the corridors of CP stealing a huge wage.

You can't blame the board for that.

How much do you think he should be allowed to spend?

His job is to work within parameters. What the club bring in and retain is down to the board and while they have steered us through some of the worst events in Scottish football to be able to back a manager to this degree, they'll have no gripes from me.

We forget sometimes.

Remember the mess O'Neil left us in financially?

Nope.

I blame the players too.

But the board? Sorry but no.
