In terms of Brummie's earlier question about Hazard being a club legend.
God, I am not really certain how to define a club legend if i am honest.
I think it may even be a personal definition for each fan.
I am 56 now fast approaching 57 and i have certain memories from following Chelsea that hopefully will always stay with me, so in a way those memories are legendary to me, but they won't be to many others.
for example...I will never forget Drogba's CL performance that for me makes him a legend above all the other things he did for the club
I will never forget Lampard taking the pen agst Liverpool in the CL just after his mum died
I will never forget JT putting his body on the line every game for the club
but also i will never forget Clive Walker smashing it past Ray Clemence
I will never forget Mark Hughes chomping at the bit to come on 2nd half and murder Liverpool in the FA Cup
And then there are players like Zola and Hazard, who both produced countless moments of magic...
so many memorable goals from those two players
but also i will never forget Clive Walker smashing it past Ray Clemence

That's a sight that will be forever etched in my memory!

I was in The Shed that day!
i was a west stand season ticket holder in those days, right on the half way line
and then came along the mighty Leyton Orient
All the goals here, just been watching and reminiscing some happy days.

Flashers run on 3m:15s would have been a great goal as well.
Brings a tear to my eye seeing The Shed in it's pomp as well. The atmosphere was fantastic that day!

Biggish I think you're right about what defines a club legend being very subjective and more of a personal thing for each fan.
For example I have no issue with any Chelsea fan considering Mark Hughes a club legend for the trophies he played a part in helping us win in the era we won them.
I can't remember celebrating a Chelsea goal as much as when Hughes scored that winning goal against Vicenza in the Cup Winners Cup Semifinal back in 98. I was literally jumping around like a lunatic with my brother.

I had to watch that game in the Junior Rates bar at the Submarine base at Faslane, Scotland. It was full of fake Southampton 'B' fans (although in them days they didn't have the obsession with Southampton that they do now nowadays TBF ).
I was having the pi$$ taken out of me blind at half time - but you know what they say about he who laughs last!

yes i was.....we really had the hoodoo on them
In the papers on Monday morning Clemence was quoted as saying:
"I used to love playing at Stamford Bridge - I hate it there now"!
Getting back to modern times, I'm wondering if Tomori, with his performances in the last few games has leap frogged Zouma in the pecking order, in the eyes of Lampard and Morris?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
well he has for me...i know he will make mistakes, that is inevitable, but Zouma is an accident waiting to happen
I'm of the same opinion, in fact, I'm thinking he might have done enough to usurp Christensen as well.
From listening to Frank in the pressers, I do get the feeling he thinks we are more defensive solid playing with a back three (although the results don't back that up <laugh)>, but for that reason i suspect we will line up 3-5-2 again
I tell you something, if we do win today it will give the fans and players a huge psychological lift...
Yeah, I think most are consigned to a defeat today, so a win, or even a draw would be a massive psychological boost for us.
I see Sandy has written a letter to Levy calling for Pochettino to be relieved of his command!
