Crikey !! I think it was probably a cup match in Feb 1994. I don't think I've been since then

I only remember it because I was on a Submarine patrol in the North Atlantic and there were two Wednesday fans onboard!

That apart my memories terrible - just ask 69.

Then again only one of us forgets to turn his mobile phone on all the time!

Yeah maybe we did get knocked out by Wednesday earlier in the comp now I come to think of it

Preferable to what happened on "That Day".

But just look at what you've won since then Not a bad haul eh?

In the <mumble> years of following the Owls I've seen us win the EFL Cup in 1991, and play off final in 2005. And that's it. Lost in several semi-finals and play off final. Relegated umpteen times.

Want to swap in the other reality/dimension . . .

I know you're right Kitty we can't complain. I would like to see the likes of Leeds and yourselves be back in the Premier League. My own personal opinion is all the perceived big Clubs should be there. Rightly or wrongly it just seems fitting.

I once would have said the same, but since 1992 and the inception of the Premier League I feel that football has gone downhill. It would be nice to have a go in the Premier League once again, but I'm not that bothered tbh.

It's all about money these days and the fans are never considered. I mean, 6pm on a Sunday to cater for TV ??

12 o'clock kick offs, Friday night 5.30 kick offs, matches changed at short notice to accommodate the armchair viewer. It's all made me very cynical.

Still love the Owls though and will never stop watching whichever league we are in.

It's where they should be with their squad. They'll probably get knocked out the CL and will focus entirely on the prem with 1 game a week. I'd expect a strong 2nd half of the season for them.
