Haha I'm still on Chapter 4 and my only main mission left on the map is with Dutch... I don't trust it...
Always found Dutch quite a likeable, honest chap

Haha yeah has to be in the wild I think.
Took me a few goes to do that mission as well. I think you're not to be in the location at the time. I stood round the corner and waited for something to appear on the mini map in the location
