In recent years our focus has been getting back in the Champions League.

Are you saying we should have focussed on the likes of Wolves in the cup and played diluted squads in the Champions League determining games?

We played poorer teams in all these cup games because a cup isn't worth sheite compared to top 4.

More power to United who used to have a huge squad and quality players and therefore could manage to squad manage a cup win, however, United will have missed top 4 in 4 out of 6 seasons. You really think your mickey mouse cup wins will compensate for that

It was not a legal setting. Within legal settings, there are civil cases that are judged on the balance of probabilities as well.

Balance of probabilities is for civil disputes where the burden of proof is reduced.

When someone is accused of a serious offence like racism its absolutely ridiculous to be judged on a balance of probabilities. Same goes for other cases from rape, to harassment etc.

It has to be beyond reasonable doubt.
