One day he's the dog, tomorrow the lamppost.
Who was Hotspur manager when they went 3 up against Man United then shipped 5 goals?
He's hilarious, a lovely guy.
Just didn't like him as Spurs boss.
Always liked him and was fuming when he left especially replacing him with AVB
Would absolutely Love being in the jungle listening to his stories

----------------------------------------------------------------------
Glenn Hoddle, if memory serves me right. One of his first games in charge?
I was actually at that match. Couldn't believe it when we went 3-0 up - 3-0! - against Fergie's all-conquering United side. At this point Spurs were a flaky mid-table side capable of occasional brilliance but usually likely to crumble at the first sign of pressure. New signing Dean Richards (RIP) scored on his debut, Ziege got the second and then Sir Les put the icing on the cake before half-time.
About a minute into the second half, United got one back (Cole or Yorke I think) and the writing was already on the wall. It was just inevitable that we'd collapse and they'd keep scoring. Never seen a team control a half as much as United did in that game. Scholes, Giggs, Beckham, Veron - all sensational.
He's coming across as a really, really nice bloke. 'Arry
I always thought we should have kept him on at the time. Not getting CL in his last season was just incredibly unlucky. We managed to get top 4, and as much as you can point the fault at him for why we didn't do better, you can point the fault at Levy too. Were Nelson and Saha really the best we could have done in the transfer window? We were getting Levy'd back then as we are today.
As already said he comes across as a real genuine nice guy, one of them people you could talk to for hours. He knows how to tell a story.
Laves ez Jam Roly Poly so he does..
He pretty much is Delboy-lite.

Dean Richards,Veron and RVN debuts to aswell. I think I phone most of my Manc mates at HT to grief them. Safe to say my phone was off after they scored the equaliser.

Actually, now you say that, a commentator reminded Hoddle of it during a United-Spurs game recently
Whilst we were winning 3-0, makes sense

He got the looks instead of the brains.
Could only name one team with "ham" in its nane despite playing for three of them

As a pundit he always just seems to spout the bleeding obvious -
Spurs fans developed this irrational hatred for Harry Redknapp after he left Spurs. It was quite weird to see. Equally weird to see the same fans say he's a sound bloke now. He always was a sound bloke.
