Don't think they had a choice to be fair if that's against the rules. No doubt he couldn't help himself yesterday with good reason, same as players taking their shirts off or jumping to the home fans, no one even cares ffs but they can't just dismiss it because it was the last minute of a derby or it would open a can of worms for every other game.

Can you put this on the Liverpool board?
Also, since Klopp has been charged, then Guardiola should be charged as well for celebrating on the pitch

A slap on the wrist. Nothing more.
To be expected.
What kind of punishment will he get? Fine or ban?

It's a slap round the head he needs
He'll get a fine and / or a 1 match ban and that's probably the correct action to take BUT where is the consistency from the FA?
Pep did something very similar yet nothing was said about that.

Meh aboit the punishment then. Dont care about Pep either, he got done for wearing a badge. The temerity!
Only thing Id change is that instead of Allison he ran over and hugged Pickford instead.

How is it a joke? He clearly broke the rules and will be fined. Mind you I am happy he did it. Love having a manager like that. Imagine having the choice of going to hug your player or vandalizing a crate of drinks and choosing the latter.
----------------------------------------------------------------------
I wasn't being serious
To the letter of the law he is right to being charged. Expect nothing more than a slap on the wrist.

The FA are threading into dangerous territory here.
Any slip up from Liverpool now will be blamed on the FA.
I would let this pass if I am in their shoes.

They are indeed. Not charging Guardiola for the same offence, especially when in the same game he attacked an opposition player just shows their racism.

He couldn’t have been racist he didn’t have his face on t shirts worn by the team
Klopp deserves to be charged, a good three or four match ban should follow. How can you tell supporters not to encroach on the pitch, when the managers does that. He needs to reel it in a bit.
On a weekend when a banana skin was thrown at a black player, it all seems a little inconsequential.
But hey ho, well take our fine, pocket the points, and move on.
