Avoiding the cliche of Spurs being their cup final I think they were really up for the match against us where against Southampton they got complacent.

5 point gap to 5th place

Southampton are decent in attack if they can sort that defence out they can climb to safety.

5 point gap now, and it’s all ifs and buts, but if we’d have held on at 1-2 it would be an 11 point gap.

Would have been far more reflective of the gulf in class between the two sides.
