Genius, yes, but I cannot see how he can stay on as coach. From here on in, the media are going to destroy him.

If EFL & FA do something off the deep end, withhold
the 'Golden Share' and all that, can we just move LUFC
over to Serie A and be done with these jumped up tw4 . tz?

Lampard got served in the most machiavellian dog whistle way here.

If I was a Derby fan I'd be fuming lol

The guy is truly a genius.

Bielsa knows more about Derby than Lamoard!

The problem here is that we want this to go away and this has just massively raised the profile and I'm afraid all that does is distract the club from what we need to be focussing on which is beating Stoke.

People thought the same against Derby. Stop looking for complaints and get on the Bielsa rollercoaster.

There is clearly an agenda from Sky and the EFL here and one could be forgiven for thinking its connected to AR and his contesting the tv deal.

The worrying thing for me is that this is consuming Bielsa at present. How much has he been thinking about this, all his staff are now tied up in this presser trying to defend actions when they should not be holding onto this but preparing for next match.

I don’t see any negative.

He’s basically holding his own case to the FL.

What can they do? Yeah other clubs aren’t going to like it. So what?

Is there any doubt Messiah eats, drinks, and sleeps football 24/7 365. I have to say, massive applause to
AR and Orta for getting him to join us.

Harrogate, I don't know what they can do, I don't believe that he has broken any law or rule and they would know that better than me, yet they are investigating and Sky are stirring like there's no tomorrow.

The sooner we are out of this sh!t league and its tin pot dictators the better. Bunch of w@nk3rs, the whole lot of them.

I actually agree with Jonty on this ref the stoke game. Massive distraction from our next game.

That aside it’s beautiful from Bielsa, not only does it defend his actions, it brings the club even more together and puts two fingers up too every critic

Out of interest had this been Derby doing it and they got an advantage over you and done the double over you......would you be this laid back by it all? I'm betting no.

I'm all for being prepared but spying on opponents on the training ground is pretty low and if it's not against nrules it should be. You can scout them in games leading up to the match anyway surely?

I think this will prove to be a turning point for this kind of activity.

This is happening now to avoid distraction from the Stoke game tomorrow. Just people whinging for the sake of it.

It's a clever way of telling Lampard and others "I can show the whole world how Derby play, and there is nothing you can do about it". Now you have opened your mouth every championship side knows your tactics. It's best sometimes to keep your mouth shut and learn from the clever guys....He's taught Lampard a lesson on the field, and now he's taught him one off it.

Talksport defending Leeds saying that the EFL are trying to bully Leeds. They say Bielsa has done the investigation for them and has basically stuck 2 fingers up at them.

posted on 16/1/19

And this is not distracting from Stoke preparation. His team have now watched Luton games!

The club's legal team will have checked whether the EFL or FA can do anything I would guess. There is absolutely nothing wrong in analysing other clubs in such detail. Lampard is a pure amateur in comparison.

Now the media is going to make a big furure about this. We as a club should accept that sending someone with wire utters to another clubs training ground is not acceptable and we should take the punishment for that incident however what Bielsa has described is what every single club with an ounce of competence and professionalism does and has been doing now for decades. Yet now SSN has a headline saying Leeds have spied on all opponent, that is slanderous, unless they can back that up with evidence. That is not what Bielsa has said

posted on 16/1/19

Eric. It's been going on for years and in many countries. Lampard has just exposed it, and he will not get any thanks from many managers and coaches.

posted on 16/1/19

Conference over. The main point I believe is Bielsa saying that he has all the information about the opponent and the "spying" gives him no additional advantage.
